电池级磷酸铁的合成工艺研究

摘要 本实验利用钛白粉副产的硫酸亚铁和工业级磷酸作为制备磷酸铁的原料,经过硫酸亚铁的除杂、氧化、沉淀和转化来制备电池级磷酸铁。通过合成试验,得到较佳的工艺条件:除杂剂硫化钠用量为硫酸亚铁的1%、过氧化氢加入量为理论量的120%、氧化温度为50℃、氢氧化钠溶液滴定沉淀析出的终点pH值为1.8、滴加时间30min。在此较佳工艺条件下,制备出了高纯度(Fe/P=0.992)、平均粒径小(2.4µm)、颗粒形貌均一的电池级磷酸铁。
