护士护理信息胜任力培训内容的构建

Construction of training contents of nursing informatics competency for nurses

目的构建科学、规范的护士护理信息胜任力培训内容。方法通过文献回顾和焦点小组会议形成培训内容初稿,并邀请国内10个省份的14名专家进行2轮函询,最终确立护士护理信息胜任力培训内容。结果2轮专家咨询应答率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.91,2轮专家意见肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.210和0.350(P<0.001)。最终形成的培训内容包括基础理论知识、专业技能和相关专业能力3个方面,涵盖护理信息学知识、护理信息系统开发和专业领导能力等10项一级条目和临床护理信息需求收集与分析、多学科团队合作模式和专利申请策略与成果转化等33项二级条目。结论构建的护士护理信息胜任力培训内容具有一定的科学性,可为开展护理信息学领域人才培养提供参考。

Objective To construct a scientific and normative training contents of nursing informatics competency for nurses.Methods A draft of the training contents was formed through literature review and focus group meeting.Fourteen nursing informatics experts from 10 provinces and cities in China were invited to conduct two rounds of consultation for final contents finalization.Results The response rate of the two rounds of Delphi was 100%.The expert authority coefficient was 0.91.The Kendall's W of the two rounds of expert consultation was 0.210 and 0.350 respectively(P<0.001).The established training contents were composed of 3 parts:basic theoretical knowledge,professional skills and relevant professional ability.The contents included 10 first-level items such as nursing informatics knowledge,nursing information system development and professional leadership and 33 second-level items such as clinical nursing information needs collection and analysis,a multidisciplinary team cooperation model and the patent application strategy and achievements transformation.Conclusion The training contents of nursing informatics competency for nurses are scientific,which can provide reference for cultivating talents in nursing informatics field.
