摘要
本科生作为护理事业的骨干力量,培养其科研能力是护理专业可持续发展的关键。天津中医药大学护理学院通过设置科研课程体系和科研实践对学生进行科研能力培养,包括科研启蒙训练、科研入门训练、科研探索训练、科研能力整合;并开展第二课堂,提高学生的科研兴趣,取得了较好的成效。该方法可为其他院校提升护理本科生科研能力提供借鉴。
The research ability of nursing undergraduates is the key to the sustainable development of nursing.The School of Nursing,Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,cultivates students'scientific research ability in curriculum design and scientific research practice,including scientific research enlightenment training,scientific research introductory training,scientific research exploration training,and scientific research ability integration.The second classroom is also carried out to increase students'research interests.All these measures have good effects on students'scientific research ability.The experience can provide references for improving the scientific research ability of nursing undergraduates.
