摘要
中国共产党自成立起就着眼于维护劳动者权益并制定了相关文件,之后中国共产党所领导的革命斗争中,不断出台和调适党规,使之与党的方针和劳动关系的现实状况一致。中华人民共和国成立后,党规走向国法,劳动法制建设仍然是中国共产党领导劳动关系的重要手段和方式,并形成了具有中国特色的劳动法制发展进程。中国共产党领导工人阶级和劳苦大众争取劳动权益过程中所制定的各种倡议、章程、号召、规定以及法律法规和规章制度等,反映了百年劳动法的法律属性、规范形式、特色特点、治理方式的变迁,从中可以看到中国共产党治理劳动关系的发展道路和历史进程。
Since its founding,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has focused on safeguarding workers'rights and interests,and formulated relevant documents to that end.Later,in the revolutionary struggle led by the CPC,the Party regulations were constantly introduced and adjusted to make them consistent with the party's policies and the reality of labor relations.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,party rules became national laws.The construction of labor legal system remained an important means for the CPC to lead labor relations,and the development process of labor legal system with Chinese characteristics took shape.The various initiatives,statutes,calls,regulations,as well as laws and rules formulated by the CPC in the process of leading the working class and the working masses to strive for labor rights and interests reflect the changes in the legal attributes,normative forms,characteristics,and governance modes of the century-old labor law.From this,we can see the development path and historical process of our party's governance of labor relations.
