长大公路隧道交通运营风险分析及风控对策 被引量:4

摘要 为提升运营期间长大隧道内发生事故的处理水平,以大广高速广东段2018年—2021年长大隧道段与路面段交通事故的数据为基础,采用统计分析的方法,对长大隧道与路面段在时间、事故特征和清场时间等方面进行对比分析,得出长大隧道在交通流量大的时间如1年中的1月、2月和10月,以及1 d中的8:00—10:00、10:00—12:00、16:00—18:00的时间段,其事故率高于路面段;长大隧道段主要事故类型为追尾,比路面段高32%;长大隧道的清场时间普遍高于路面段。针对上述情况,提出了3条对策以降低长大隧道运营风险:1)控制车流,管控交通;2)限制车速,保障机电设施正常运行;3)提升智能化水平,提高救援效率。 In order to improve the handling level of accidents in long tunnels during the operation period,the method of statistical analysis is used to analyze and compare the time,accident characteristics,and clearing time of the long tunnel and the road section based on the accident data of the long tunnel section and the road section of the Daqing-Guangzhou Expressway(Guangdong section)from 2018 to 2021.It is concluded that for the long and large tunnels in high traffic flow times such as January,February and October in a year,and 8:00-10:00 in a day,10:00-12:00,16:00-18:00,the accident rate of the long tunnel is higher than that of the road section;the main type of accident in the long tunnel section is rear-end collision,which is also 32%higher than that of the road section.The clearing time of long tunnels is generally higher than that of road sections.In response to the above situations,three measures have been proposed to reduce the operational risks of long tunnels:1)control traffic flow and control traffic;2)limit vehicle speed to ensure the normal operation of electromechanical facilities;3)improve the level of intelligence and improve rescue efficiency.
