摘要
细胞焦亡是新发现的一种程序性促炎症细胞死亡方式,其主要信号通路包括依赖NLRP3炎症小体等激活Caspase-1的经典细胞焦亡通路和依赖Caspase-4/5/11的非经典细胞焦亡通路两种,且所有炎症性Caspase的底物都是GSDMD。目前已有大量研究证实,细胞焦亡与某些感染性疾病、动脉粥样硬化性疾病、代谢性疾病以及重要脏器无菌性炎性疾病相关。近年来,细胞焦亡在眼科领域中也有部分研究。本文主要综述GSDMD介导的细胞焦亡在糖尿病视网膜病变中的研究进展。
Pyroptosis is a form of programmed pro-inflammatory cell death discovered recently.Its main signaling pathways include the classical pathway that relies on NOD-like receptor protein 3 inflammasome to activate Caspase-1,and the non-classical pathway that relies on Caspase-4/5/11.The substrate of all inflammatory Caspases is gasdermin D.A large number of studies have shown that pyroptosis is associated with infectious diseases,atherosclerotic diseases,metabolic diseases,and non-bacterial inflammatory diseases of important organs.In recent years,pyroptosis has also been studied in the eye field.This paper reviews the advances in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy by gasdermin D-mediated pyroptosis.
