摘要
目的探索充分挖掘现场物证上隐含的生物物证信息,利用全国Y-DNA数据库,侦破命案积案。方法借助STR扩增技术,反复检验物证可疑部位上可能存在的生物物证的DNA信息,并使用多种试剂盒联合检测生物物证和家系样本的Y-DNA信息,借以发现可疑家系血缘的远近、缩小家系的排查范围,可节约侦查资源并准确确定犯罪嫌疑人。结果在一个21年的命案积案现场物证上成功检测出嫌疑人的生物物证信息,并成功缩小家系范围。结论利用多种试剂盒联合检测生物物证的Y-DNA信息,可以有效地缩小家系排查的范围,为侦查精准导向,在侦破命案积案的同时,可显著节约侦查资源。
Objective:Explore and adequately delve the biological information contained in physical evidence collected at the scene,then utilize the nationwide Y-DNA databases to crack long-pending homicide cases.Method:With the help of STR amplification techniques,repeatedly inspect potential DNA information of biological physical evidence on suspicious parts of physical evidence,and apply combined examination to examine the Y-DNA information of biological physical evidence and family samples by using multiple kits,to find out the association with suspicious family and narrowing the investigation range of families,save investigation resources and accurately lock on suspects.Result:In a long-pending homicide case that occurred twenty-one years ago,successfully detected biological physical evidence information of the suspect from the physical evidence collected at the scene,and successfully narrowed the range of families.Conclusion:Combined examination on Y-DNA information of biological physical evidence by using multiple kits can narrow the investigation range of families effectively and point out the accurate direction for investigation,thus dramatically save investigation resources when cracking long-pending homicide cases.
