摘要
针对现实情境交通场景差异制定科学合理的测评指标体系,对于支撑信号运行效果测评应用、实现综合评估和客观诊断,进而推动信号优化效果的靶向提升具有重要意义。基于交通场景属性能力、动态需求与管控方式3个维度进行解析,划分5类典型场景,形成6项控制目标。结合交通管控对象通行诉求与控制目标要求,从不同角度提出反映信号优化效果的基本测评指标与综合测评指标,形成相应的指标体系。通过测评操作的流程化应用全面刻画不同控制目标导向下的信号运行效果,具有明确的场景指向性与目标导向性,可以为交通管理部门的信号优化实践应用提供有效参考。
A scientific and reasonable evaluation index system is of great significance for the difference of traffic scene in real situation,which can support the application of signal operation effect evaluation,realize comprehensive evaluation and objective diagnosis,and then promote the target promotion of signal optimization effect.Based on the three dimensions of traffic scene attribute capability,dynamic demand and control mode,six control objectives are established for five typical scenarios.Combined with the traffic demands and control objectives of traffic control objects,the basic evaluation index and comprehensive evaluation index reflecting the signal optimization effect are proposed from different angles to form a corresponding index system.Through the process application of the evaluation operation,the signal operation effect under different control objectives is described in an all-round way,which has clear scene orientation and goal orientation,ensures that it can provide useful references for further practical applications of traffic signal optimization.
