基于逻辑回归模型的戒毒康复人群生命质量及关联因素研究

Research on Quality of Life and Related Factors of Residents in Drug Rehabilitation Community Based on Logistic Regression Model

吸毒人群的身心康复是决定禁毒斗争形势向好发展最为关键的因素之一。基于逻辑回归模型拟合的研究方法,以凉山州绿色家园7个戒毒康复社区1219名抽样居民为调查对象,定量分析其生命质量现状及可能的关联因素,为绿色家园内涵建设提供依据。研究发现戒毒康复社区居民的生命质量普遍较差,其中,生理健康状况尤为堪忧,心理健康状况也不容乐观。较高水平的HIV感染率是居民生理健康的危险因素;年龄越大的居民,其生理健康状况越差;男性的心理健康状况比女性差;普遍较低的文化水平是影响居民心理健康的危险因素之一。环境因素中,总体较好的家庭支持状况对居民生理和心理健康起到一定的保护作用,良好的人际支持和社区支持性环境有利于居民心理健康水平的提升。

The physical and mental rehabilitation of drug addicts is one of the most critical factors for the positive development of the anti-drug struggle.Based on logistic regression model,this study took 1219 sampled residents of 7 drug rehabilitation community in Liangshan Prefecture as the survey object to quantitatively analyze their quality of life(QOL)and possible related factors,so as to provide basis for promoting the construction of community connotation.It was found that QOL of the sampled residents was generally poor,especially the worrisome physical health status and less optimistic metal health status.High level of HIV infection rate was a risk factor for residents'physical health;The older the residents,the worse their physical health;The mental health status of men was worse than that of women;Generally low education level was one of the risk factors affecting residents'mental health.Among the environmental factors,the overall better family support has a certain protective effects on residents'physical and mental health,and a good interpersonal and community supportive environment were conductive to the improvement of residents'mental health.
