PP基木塑复合材料静曲强度的影响因素分析 被引量:1

Analysis of influencing factors on static bending strength of PP based wood plastic composites

摘要 木塑复合材料的静曲强度不仅能反映板材的抗弯能力,同时也能反映板材地板榫槽结合处抗弯曲破坏的能力。采用正交试验法考察了木塑比、木粉粒径、偶联剂用量、挤出温度、回收料/新料比值对聚丙烯(PP)基木塑复合材料静曲强度的影响,结果表明:五因素对静曲强度的影响大小为木粉粒径>偶联剂的用量>木塑比>挤出温度>回收料量/新料量;木粉粒径越小,材料的静曲强度越差;偶联剂用量的增加使材料的静曲强度明显提高;木塑比达到65∶35时,材料的静曲强度达到最大值。正交试验得出的最佳试验条件是:木粉粒径为100目,偶联剂用量为6%,木塑比为65∶35,挤出造粒七段温度为180℃,回收料量/新料量为3∶7。复合材料各组分的相容性对静曲强度影响较大,未来研究应集中在提高性质不同组分的相容性上。 The static bending strength of wood plastic composite can not only reflect the bending resistance of the plate,but also reflect the bending failure resistance of the joint of tenon and groove of the plate floor.The effects of wood plastic ratio,particle size of wood powder,amount of coupling agent,extrusion temperature and ratio of recycled material to new material on the static flexural strength of PP based wood plastic composites were investigated by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the influence of five factors on static bending strength was wood powder particle size>amount of coupling agent>plastic wood ratio>extrusion temperature>recycled material/new material;the smaller the particle size of wood flour,the worse the static bending strength of the material;with the increase of the amount of coupling agent,the static bending strength of the material increased obviously;when the wood plastic ratio reaches 65∶35,the static bending strength of the material reached the maximum.The optimum experimental conditions obtained by orthogonal experiment were:wood powder particle size was 10 mesh,coupling agent dosage was 6%,wood plastic ratio was 65∶35,seven stage temperature of extrusion granulation was 180℃,and the amount of recovered material/new material was 3∶7.The compatibility of components of composites has a great impact on the static bending strength.Future research should focus on improving the compatibility of different components.
