Effects of different treatments on cutting rooting of Lingchun wood

摘要 以领春木一年生枝条为试验材料,采用了三因素三水平的正交设计试验方法,研究分析了植物生长激素种类、激素浓度及浸泡时间对领春木扦插繁殖效果的影响。结果表明:浸泡时间、激素浓度对领春木扦插生根指标的影响均达到显著水平(P<0.05),而激素种类对上述生根指标的影响未达到显著水平。根据极差分析,三个因素中激素浸泡浓度对扦插生根的影响占主导地位,激素种类对其影响次之,插条浸泡时间对其影响最弱。影响扦插生根率的最优处理组合为NAA(萘乙酸)+50 mg/L浓度+30 min;影响扦插生根数量的最优处理组合为NAA+1000 mg/L浓度+5 min;NAA+500 mg/L浓度+5 min为平均根长最大的处理组合。因此确定影响领春木扦插生根指标的最优处理组合为:NAA+(50~1000)mg/L浓度+(5~30)min。试验可为领春木的扦插繁殖技术和园林应用研究提供重要依据。 The effects of plant growth hormone types,hormone concentration and soaking time on the cutting propagation of Lingchun were studied and analyzed by using the orthogonal design method of three factors and three levels.The results showed that:the effects of soaking time and hormone concentration on the rooting indexes of Lingchun wood cutting reached a significant level(P<0.05),while the effects of hormone types on the above rooting indexes did not reach a significant level.According to the range analysis,the influence of hormone soaking concentration on cutting rooting was dominant,the influence of hormone species was second,and the influence of cutting soaking time was the weakest.The optimal combination of affecting rooting rate was NAA+50 mg/L+30 min;the optimal combination of affecting the number of rooting was NAA+1000 mg/L+5 min;when the treatment combination was NAA+500 mg/L+5 min,the maximum average root length was obtained.Therefore,the optimal combination of affecting the rooting index of Lingchun wood cutting was determined:NAA+(50~1000)mg/L+(5~30)min.The experiment can provides an important basis for the research of Lingchun wood cutting propagation technology and garden application.
