行为矫正和情志相胜疗法治疗情绪障碍的比较与整合

Comparison and Integration of the Behavioral Modification and Emotional Inter-resistance Therapy in the Treatment of Emotional Disorders

情志相胜疗法是在古代阴阳平衡、五行相克的朴素唯物论哲学思想指导下,阐述七情五志相互作用机制的一门经验科学,极具中医特色。基于科学、实证基础的行为疗法旨在通过开展和实施某些结构化的程序以改变个体生活的一些方面,简明且高效。从理论基础、治疗方法上对西方心理学盛行的行为矫正和中医的情志相胜疗法进行初步比较,认为两者在治疗情绪障碍上均以外显情绪为突破口,但两种诊疗方法的理论基础和治疗程序上存在差异。行为矫正和情志相胜疗法在情绪障碍的治疗中具有整合的可能性和必要性。

Emotional inter-resistance therapy,under the guidance of the ancient simple materialism philosophy of balancing Yin and Yang and restricting among the five elements,is an empirical science which expounds the interaction mechanism of emotions and reflects the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Science-based and evidence-based behavioral therapy aims at changing some aspects of individual life by developing and implementing some structured procedures,which is concise and efficient.This article compares the behavioral modification and the emotional inter-resistance therapy in terms of theoretical basis and treatment,and comes to a conclusion that both therapies take the explicit emotion as a breakthrough in treating emotional disorder.However,the two kinds of therapies have different theoretical basis and treatment procedures.Nevertheless,there are possibility and necessity of integration between behavioral modification and emotional inter-resistance therapy in the treatment of emotional disorders.
