河北省科技创新和绿色经济耦合发展实证研究

Empirical Research on the Coupling Development of Science and Technology Innovation and Green Economy in Hebei Province

选取2007-2019年河北省科技创新和绿色经济系统指标为研究对象,运用熵值法、耦合协调度模型,对河北省科技创新和绿色经济的耦合协调程度进行综合评价。实证结果表示:(1)河北省科技创新能力和绿色经济发展水平呈上升态势,整体上绿色经济发展较之科技创新稳定;(2)两系统耦合协调性逐年稳步上升,但仍有进一步提高的空间。最后,从科技创新和绿色经济角度出发提出政策建议,以促进河北省科技创新和绿色经济更好地协调发展。

Selection of 2007-2019 in Hebei Province scientific and technological innovation and green economic system index as the research object,using the entropy value method,coupling coordination degree model,in Hebei Province scientific and technological innovation and makes a comprehensive analysis of the coupling coordination degree of green economy.The empirical results show that:(1)The scientific and technological innovation ability and the development level of green economy in Hebei Province are on the rise,and the development of green economy is more stable than that of scientific and technological innovation on the whole;(2)the coupling coordination of the two systems has been increasing steadily year by year,but there is still room for further improvement.Finally,from the perspective of scientific and technological innovation and green economy,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the coordinated development of scientific and technological innovation and green economy in Hebei Province.
