网络时代大学生制度自信提升路径探析——以抵制西方民主输出为视角

Study on the Influence of Western Democratic Exports on College Students'Institutional Confidence in the Internet Era

随着网络技术的飞速发展,中国网络惠民便民的红利也充分发挥,但是网络空间隐蔽、虚拟、开放的全新特征也给西方民主输出提供了可乘之机,对大学生的制度自信形成冲击。首先对制度自信的概念进行了界定,分析概括了大学生坚定制度自信的必要性,其次将网络时代西方民主输出目标和方式的新特征进行梳理,再次分析西方市场经济模式、西方民主政治制度和西方自由民主价值对大学生制度自信的冲击,基于此,应当完善与大学生利益相关的制度建设,增强大学生制度自信的底气;增强大学生制度自信教育的实效性,夯实大学生制度自信的根基;坚持大学生思想引领工作的常态化,守牢大学生制度自信的战地。

With the rapid development of network technology,the dividends of China's network for the benefit and convenience of the people have been given full play,but the new features of the hidden,virtual and open network space have also provided opportunities for the Western democratic export,which has impacted on the institutional self-confidence of college students.The article firstly defines the concept of institutional self-confidence,analyzes and outlines the necessity for college students to have firm institutional self-confidence.Secondly,it compares the new features of Western democratic export goals and methods in the cyber era;then analyzes the impact of Western market economy model,Western democratic political system and Western liberal democratic values on college students'institutional self-confidence;based on this,it points out that the institutional construction related to the interests of college students should be improved to.Based on this,it is pointed out that we should improve the institutional construction related to the interests of college students to enhance the bottom of college students'institutional self-confidence;enhance the effectiveness of college students'institutional self-confidence education to consolidate the foundation of college students'institutional self-confidence;adhere to the normalization of college students'ideological leading work to guard the battlefield of college students'institutional self-confidence.
