华北理工大学在新发展阶段,急需新发展理念促进高质量的发展,建议通过创新“院办校”模式、协调建构教学科研PI一体化团队、志愿服务促建思政绿色生态、持续提高开放水平和建设多方共享平台全面发展,突破当前的改革瓶颈,引领学校教育教学高质量发展。

With the new stage of development,North China University of Science and Technology is in urgent need of new development philosophy to promote its high quality progress.The thesis suggests to innovate"college run university"model,to coordinate and conduct teaching and research PI integrated team,to make volunteer services promote education of green ecological building,to continuously improve the opening level and construct sharing platform overall development,to break through the current bottleneck of the reform,leading the high-quality development of university education teaching.
