通识教育视阈下英语专业教学质量评价研究 被引量:1

On the Evaluation System of Professional English Teaching Quality from the Perspective of General Education

摘要 通识教育是一种超越功利性与实用性的非专业化人文教育理念,它是基于健全人格塑造为首要目标的“全人教育”,被认为是扩展大学生知识综合语用能力的有效培养方式。其目的是让学生透过专业教育,达到对专业伦理和专业精神的领悟内化。在此理念下,发展通识英语教育,回归学科人文属性,培养多元化全面发展的英语专业人才就成了英语专业教学的重要目标。立足我国英语专业教学实际及专业课程特点,构建并完善与之相适应的课程综合评价、教学质量评价以及课堂教学评价指标标准,就成了确保英语专业教学质量与教学效果的重要措施。 General education is a non-professional humanistic education concept that transcends utilitarianism and practicability.It is a“all-round education”based on sound personality shaping as the primary goal,and is considered to be an effective way to expand the comprehensive pragmatic competence of college students.Its purpose is to push students to achieve the internalization of professional ethics and professionalism through professional education.So,to implement general English education,return to the humanistic attributes of the English subject,and to cultivate the diversified and comprehensively developed English professionals have become an important goal of English majors.Based on the actual teaching practice of English majors and the characteristics of professional courses in our country,constructing and perfecting the corresponding comprehensive curriculum evaluation,teaching quality evaluation and classroom teaching evaluation index and standards have become important measures to ensure the teaching quality and teaching effect of English majors.
