综合护理措施在缓解神经外科重症患者口干的效果评价

Effect of nursing intervention measures on xerostomia in critically ill patients in neurosurgical ICU

目的评价冷无菌水喷雾、薄荷醇保湿剂和穴位按摩结合作为综合护理措施缓解神外重症监护病房患者的口干的有效性。方法采用随机数字表法将本院神经外科70例重症患者分为对照组和试验组,每组各35例。对照组患者采用传统棉签蘸水的方法湿润口腔,对试验组患者用冷无菌水喷雾剂对准口腔(上、下、左、右)喷洒,并在患者嘴唇上涂抹薄荷保湿剂并配合点按按压水泉穴、鱼际穴。比较两组患者口渴程度和困扰程度,口腔湿润情况和患者满意度。结果试验组患者的口渴强度、困扰强度低于对照组,而口腔湿润情况高于对照组,患者满意度得分高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冷无菌水喷雾、薄荷醇保湿剂和穴位按摩结合作为综合护理措施可缓解神外重症患者的口干,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention measures on xerostomia in critically ill patients in neurosurgical ICU(NICU).Methods Critically ill patients hospitalised in the hospital were randomised into two groups:the control group and trial group.In the control group cotton swabs were dipped in liquid and then moistened the oral cavities of the patients,while in the trial group,cold distilled liquid was sprayed through the oral cavity and meanwhile mint moisturiser was applied on the lips combined with point massage on the acupoints of shuiquan and yuji.Results The intensities of thirst and perplexity in the trial group were significantly lower than those of the control group.The oral moisture and the satisfaction score of the trial group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention with the combination of cold distilled liquid spray,mint moisturiser and acupuncture point massage are effective in the alleviation of xerostomia and improve patients,satisfaction for the patients in NICU.
