巴林特小组活动在提高院前急救护士临床沟通能力和冲突应对能力中的作用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨巴林特小组活动在提高院前急救护士临床沟通能力和冲突应对能力中的应用效果。方法对院前急救护士进行为期6个月的巴林特小组干预,每月1次,包括组建巴林特成员小组,提炼每月发生冲突的案例主题以及原因总结分析。比较活动前后院前急救护士临床沟通能力和冲突应对能力。结果活动后巴林特小组成员的临床沟通能力得分提高较活动前高;活动后巴林特小组成员的冲突处理模式的整合高于活动前,而让步和逃避维度得分、支配维度得分低于活动前,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论巴林特小组活动有效提高院前急救小组的临床沟通能力,改善护士护患冲突处理模式,从而提高院前服务质量。 Objective To explore the effect of Balint group activities on the abilities in clinical communication and conflict-handling of pre-hospital emergency nurses.Methods The pre-hospital emergency nurses were trained with Barint group activities for six months with one training session per month.During the training,the Balint group was made out of the nurse trainees,monthly themes of the cases of conflicts were extracted and the causes of conflict were analysed.The abilities of clinical communication and conflict-handling were compared before and after Barint group activity training.Results The score for clinical communication of trainees after the training was significantly higher than that before the training.After the training,the scores of the conflict-handling showed that the integration and control were both significantly higher than those before activity,while the scores of compromise and avoidance were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The Balint group activities can effectively improve the abilities in clinical communication and conflict-handling of pre-hospital emergency care groups so that it could possibly improve the quality of pre-hospital service.
