大型商业综合体是现代化城市中的常见建筑类型,满足了商业发展的需求,有利于促进城市经济发展,给人们生产生活带来便捷。然而,由于其楼层较高而且结构复杂,在发生火灾后容易给人员疏散和逃生带来困难,加大了运行风险。文章将对大型商业综合体消防安全的现状进行分析,提出大型商业综合体消防安全管理中的问题,探索大型商业综合体消防安全管理的有效对策,为实践工作提供参考。

Large scale commercial complexes are common building types in modern cities,which meet the needs of commercial development.They are conducive to promoting urban economic development,and bring convenience to people’s production and life.However,due to its high floors and complex structure,it is easy to cause difficulties in evacuation and escape when the fire broke out,which increases the operational risk.The paper analyzes the current situation of fire safety in large scale commercial complexes,puts forward problems in the fire safety management of large scale commercial complexes,explores effective countermeasures for fire safety management,and provides references for practical work.
