集购物、饮食、娱乐等多功能于一体的城市大型商业综合体建筑,极大程度满足了城市居民的生活需求。但由于其内部结构复杂,商店密集,人口流动量大,且缺乏完善的消防安全管理机制,埋下了严重的消防安全隐患,一旦发生火灾,人员不容易疏散、易燃物品较多、消防通道不通畅等问题,容易造成严重的人员与财产损失。文章对商业综合体消防问题进行了全面分析,并重点探究了防火措施,旨在进一步提升商业综合体建筑的防火效率,保障人们的生命财产安全。

The large commercial complex buildings in the city,which integrate shopping,catering,entertainment,and other multi-functional functions,greatly satisfy the living needs of urban residents.However,due to its complex internal structure,large number of stores,great population flow and lack of perfect fire safety management mechanism,serious fire safety hazards have been laid down.In case of fire,personnel cannot be evacuated easily,there are more flammable items and fire escapes are not clear,which can easily cause serious human and property losses.The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the fire safety problems of commercial complexes and focuses on fire prevention measures,aiming to further improve the fire prevention efficiency of commercial complex buildings and protect people’s lives and properties.
