探讨对化工企业开展实地调研过程中应把握的几个方面

Several aspects should be grasped in the process of conducting field research on chemical enterprises

实地调研是消防队伍开展的基础性业务工作,能够有效提高队伍战斗力,为预案工作提供可靠的依据,是消防队伍不断适应当前形势下灭火和应急救援工作的重要途径之一。但是,在对化工企业开展熟悉调研的过程中,错综复杂的设备、管线,晦涩难懂的生产工艺等,往往会成为广大指战员的"拦路虎"。笔者结合自身在上海化学工业区消防救援支队多年的工作经验,总结出在实地调研过程中应把握的几个方面,使广大指战员通过实地调研理解生产工艺流程,明确生产危险部位,掌握根据位号快速对化工生产设备进行定位的方法,避免在调研过程中出现流于形式、走过场或者理论不扎实等问题。

Field research is the basic work carried out by the fire department,which can effectively improve the team’s combat effectiveness and provide a reliable basis for the planning work and is one of the important ways for the fire department to continuously adapt to the current situation of firefighting and emergency rescue work.However,in the process of familiarization research on chemical enterprises,the intricate equipment,pipelines,obscure production processes,etc.,often become the majority of commanders "roadblock".The author combined with their own work experience in the Shanghai Chemical Industry Park Fire and Rescue brigade,summarized in the field research process should be grasped in several aspects,so that the majority of commanders through field research to understand the production process,clear production of dangerous parts,master the method of positioning chemical production equipment quickly according to the bit number,to avoid the research process in the formality,go through the motions or theory is not solid and so on.
