摘要
事业单位岗位设置旨在提高管理效能,激发职工的积极性和创造性,推动人才队伍的可持续发展。以中国疾病预防控制中心传染病预防控制所为例,对目前岗位设置现状和管理中存在的问题进行分析,结合当前疾控体系建设的改革发展思路,对岗位设置管理提出了改进建议,为相关管理人员研究提供参考。
The purpose of post setting in public institutions is to improve management efficiency,stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,and promote the sustainable development of talent team.Through taking National Institute for Commuaicable Disease Control and Prevention,Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention as an example,the current situation of post setting and problems in management are analyzed.Countermeasures for post setting management are proposed in combination with the reform and development ideas of current disease control system construction,so as to provide references for relevant management personnel.
