紧密型医疗联合体下“两癌筛查”项目促进妇幼健康研究

目前,癌症已经成为严重威胁人类健康的主要公共卫生问题之一,而癌症的早期筛查和早诊早治对于提高癌症患者生存率和降低死亡率具有重要意义。深圳市罗湖医院集团构建了"以基层为重点""以健康为中心"的整合型医疗卫生服务体系,通过加强基层医疗卫生服务能力建设、充分发挥医疗联合体共享中心作用等举措,形成了基于紧密型医疗联合体的"两癌"(宫颈癌和乳腺癌)三级筛查体系,切实提升辖区妇幼健康服务能力,促进妇幼保健工作健康发展。

At present,cancer has become one of the major public health problems that seriously threaten human health,and early screening and early diagnosis and treatment of cancer are of great significance to improve the survival rate of cancer patients and reduce mortality.Luohu Hospital Group has built an integrated medical and health service system focusing on basic medical care and taking health as the center.Through strengthening the capacity building of primary health care services and giving full play to the role of sharing center of medical association,a three-level screening system of "two cancers"(cervical cancer and breast cancer) based on close medical association has been formed,which effectively improves the maternal and child health service capacity in the area and promotes the healthy development of maternal and child health care work.
