衡阳市居民基本公共卫生服务知晓情况及影响因素分析

Analysis of the status and influencing factors of basic public health services in Hengyang City

目的了解衡阳市居民国家基本公共卫生服务知晓情况并分析其影响因素,为相关机构、部门制定基本公共卫生服务项目实施方案提供实践数据和理论参考。方法采用随机便利抽样的方法,随机抽取衡阳市480名居民进行问卷调查。结果此次调查共发放问卷480份,回收有效问卷413份,回收有效率为86.04%。居民基本公共卫生服务项目总体知晓率为29.30%,14项基本公共卫生服务项目中,单项内容知晓率排名前2位的是老年人健康管理、预防接种。经分析发现,年龄(χ^(2)=17.315)、职业(χ^(2)=28.187)、所购医保类型(χ^(2)=15.272)是总体知晓率的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论衡阳市居民基本公共卫生服务项目总体知晓率有待提高,各单项内容知晓率不均衡,居民主动关注自身健康的意识和宣传力度亟待提高与加强。

Objective To understand the awareness status of basic public health services in Hengyang City and analyze its influencing factors,to provide practical data and theoretical references for relevant agencies and departments.Methods By random convenience sampling,480 residents in Hengyang City were recruited for questionnaire survey.Results A total of 480 questionnaires were issued,in which 413 questionnaires were valid,with an effective rate of86.04%.The overall awareness rate of basic public health service items was 29.30%,and top two individual cognition rates of 14 items were elderly health management and vaccination.The analysis found that age(χ^(2)=17.315),occupations(χ^(2)=28.187) and types of health insurance purchased (χ^(2)=15.272) were significantly associated with the overall awareness rate(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall awareness rate of basic public health service in Hengyang City needs to be improved,and the knowledge of single content is not average.Therefore it is suggested to strengthen and consolidate resident’s awareness to actively pay attention to their health and publicity.
