大运河文化视域下的合肥运河新城文化研究

A Study of Hefei Canal New Town in the View of the Grand Canal Culture

大运河与沿线城市风雨同舟,守望相助,大运河文化深刻影响着沿线城市经济、社会和文化的发展方向。运河新城既是保护传承利用大运河文化遗产的实践平台,也是地区经济社会文化发展的重要引擎。在与大运河文化的碰撞交融汇通中,合肥运河新城文化精神特征可以概括为四点:勇于开拓、敢为人先的创新精神;天人合一、和谐共生的生态精神;海纳百川、合作共赢的开放精神;勇往直前、坚韧不拔的自强精神。打造古今辉映、人水共生的合肥运河新城文化,需要聚焦四个方面:分清文化类别,彰显合肥创新特色;坚持生态立城,打造中国环境谷文化产业新高地;加大政策支持力度,构建开放包容的长三角一体化文化法规体系;强化文化引领,矢志科技自立自强。

The Grand Canal and the cities along it are in the same boat,whose culture has a profound impact on the economic,social and cultural development of these cities.Hefei Canal New Town is not only a practice for the protection,inheritance and utilization of the cultural heritage of the Grand Canal,but also an important engine for regional economic,social and cultural development.In the collision with the Millennium Grand Canal Culture,the cultural spirits of Hefei Canal New Town can be summarized as:the innovative spirit of pioneering;the ecological spirit of man-nature harmony;the open spirit of win-win cooperation;Gunbuster spirit of perseverance and self-improvement.To build these cultural spirits,four aspects need to be focused on:to distinguish cultural categories so as to highlight the innovative characteristics of Hefei;to adhere to the ecological construction of the city so as to build China’s environmental valley cultural industry;to increase policy support so as to establish an open and inclusive legal system for integrated culture in the Yangtze River Delta;to strengthen cultural guidance and self-reliance in science and technology.
