立德树人是我国高等教育的根本任务。课程思政作为新时代的一项重大育人工程,要求高等院校在准确理解和把握其科学内涵的基础上,做好顶层设计,进行系统谋划,同时还要建立行之有效的统筹协调机制,形成一体化推进思路。

It is a primary task for Chinese higher education to foster both morality and people.As a major education project in the new era,curriculum ideology and politics requires colleges and universities to make a suitable top-level design as well as a systematic planning,and establish an effective coordination mechanism to apply it in an integrated way on the basis of accurately understanding and grasping its scientific connotation.
