基于国家专利数据库中药复方治疗阳痿的用药规律研究

Study on medication rules of compound TCM with national patents for treatment of erectile dysfunction

目的通过对治疗阳痿的中药复方专利进行用药和配伍规律分析,为新方的研发提供参考。方法提取国家专利数据库中治疗阳痿的中药复方专利并进行选录,运用SPSSStatistics25.0和SPSSMod-eler18.0进行聚类与关联规则分析。结果纳入治疗勃起功能障碍的中药复方专利160项,包含药物288味。高频药物有淫羊藿、枸杞子、巴戟天等;药性味多温、甘,以归肾经为主。常见药对有淫羊藿-巴戟天,枸杞子-菟丝子,淫羊藿-菟丝子等。结论中药复方专利治疗阳痿常用温肾壮阳、补益肝肾、疏肝活血通络、阴阳并补、补气温阳、健脾利水等治疗思路,可为临床用药提供参考。

Objective To provide reference for the research and development of new prescriptions by analyzing the drug use and compatibility rule of TCM compound patent for the treatment of impotence. Methods Chinese herbal compound patents for treatment of impotence were selected from national patent database. SPSS Statistics 25.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used to analyze the clustering and association rules. Results 160 TCM compound patents for erectile dysfunction were included, including 288 drugs. High frequency drugs are epimedium, wolfberry, morberia officinalis and so on. The medicinal taste is warm, sweet, mainly belong to the kidney meridian. Common drugs have epimedium-morinda officinalis, wolfberry-cuscuti, epimedium-cuscuti and so on. Conclusions TCM compound patent treatment of impotence commonly used in the treatment of ideas, such as warming the kidney and invigorating Yang, tonifying the liver and kidney, dredging the liver and promoting blood circulation, Yin and Yang, tonifying the temperature Yang, invigorating the spleen and improving water, can provide ideas and reference for clinical medication.
