摘要
目的探讨氟尿嘧啶、干扰素联合5-氨基酮戊酸(ALA)光动力疗法(PDT)对尖锐湿疣患者可溶性白介素-2受体(sIL-2R)、白细胞分化抗原-1a(CD-1a)水平的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2021年1月邯郸市中心医院收治81例尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象。按照完全随机抽样法分为ALA-PDT组(n=40)和联合治疗组(n=41)。ALA-PDT组采用ALA-PDT进行治疗,联合治疗组采用氟尿嘧啶、干扰素联合ALA-PDT进行治疗。采用流式细胞仪法检测sIL-2R、CD-1a水平,免疫透射比浊法检测肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平,酶联免疫吸附试验法检测G1/S-特异性周期蛋白-D1(CyclinD1)、X连锁凋亡抑制蛋白(XIAP)水平,对比两组治疗效果和并发症情况。结果治疗后,ALA-PDT组CD-1a水平低于联合治疗组,sIL-2R、TNF-α、IL-6、CyclinD1、XIAP水平高于联合治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ALA-PDT组治疗有效率低于联合治疗组,并发症发生率高于联合治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尖锐湿疣患者采用氟尿嘧啶、干扰素联合ALA-PDT治疗,可提升患者的免疫水平,减轻炎症反应,增殖因子水平得到有效调节,治疗效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effects of fluorouracil and interferon combined with ALA-PDT on the levels of sIL-2 R and CD-1 a in patients with condyloma acuminatum. Methods A total of 81 patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted to Handan Central Hospital from February 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into the ALA-PDT group(n=40) and the combined treatment group(n=41). The ALA-PDT group was treated with ALA photodynamic therapy, and the combined treatment group was treated with fluorouracil + intramuscular-injected interferon combined with ALA-PDT. The levels of sIL-2 R and CD-1 a were determined by flow cytometry. The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were determined by immunoturbidimetry. The levels of Cyclin D1 and XIAP were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of CD-1 a in the ALA-PDT group were lower than those in the combined treatment group, while the levels of sIL-2 R, TNF-α, IL-6, Cyclin D1 and XIAP were higher than those in the combined treatment group(P<0.05). The effective rate in ALA-PDT group was lower than that in the combined treatment group, and the incidence of complications was higher than that in the combined treatment group(P<0.05). Conclusions Patients with condyloma acuminatum using fluorouracil, interferon combined with ALA-PDT treatment can improve the patient′s immune level, reduce inflammatory response, effectively regulated proliferation factor level and the treatment effect is significant.
