农业上市企业财务预警评价研究——基于Z模型

Study on Financial Early Warning Evaluation of Agricultural Listed Enterprises

为推动我国农业上市企业健康长远发展,促进农业产业化进程,基于我国农业上市企业发展现状,采用先定性后定量的研究方法,运用Z-Score财务预警模型,以农业上市企业中的龙头企业为例,对其进行财务数据分析,并找出造成农业企业出现财务预警的原因,针对如何进一步降低我国农业上市企业的财务风险提出相应的策略。

In order to promote the long-term development of our country agricultural listed companies,based on Chinese agricultural listed enterprises current situation,after the first qualitative quantitative research methods,using the Z-Score financial model,taking the leading enterprises in listed agricultural enterprises as an example,conducting financial data analysis and finding out the reason of agriculture enterprise financial early warning,and give suggestions about how to reduce the financial risk of listed agricultural enterprises in China.
