武汉市大学生就业城市选择意愿及其影响因素研究

Research on the Desire of Wuhan University Students’ Employment City Choice and Its Influencing Factors

基于对武汉市854名大学生的调查,分析当前大学生的就业城市选择偏好。运用Logit二元回归模型,从大学生与城市两个维度剖析大学生就业城市选择影响因素。研究发现,目前大学生仍倾向选择到一线城市就业,大学生与备择城市两方面因素均对大学生就业城市选择产生影响,推动我国大学生就业健康发展需要双方共同努力。

Based on a survey of 854 college students in Wuhan,this study analyzes the current college students’ preference for employment city choices;using the Logit binary regression model,analyzes the influencing factors of college students’ employment city choices from the two dimensions of college students and cities. The study found that college students still tend to choose first-tier cities for employment. Both factors of college students and alternative cities have an impact on the choice of employment cities for college students. It requires the joint efforts of both sides to promote the development of healthy employment and demand for college students in my country.
