摘要
当今市场经济形势下,公立医院面临着激烈的竞争,人力资源管理的作用逐渐凸显出来。公立医院要想提高医疗水平和服务水平,增强核心竞争力,必须要重视人力资源管理,采取有效措施不断提高人力资源管理水平,实现医院的战略目标。当前公立医院人力资源管理中存在管理意识薄弱、管理体系不够健全、人员组织架构有待优化、人才队伍建设不够完善等问题。在此基础上,提出创新科学化的人才资源管理理念、构建健全的人力资源管理体系、完善科学的用人制度、加强人才队伍建设等措施,以期不断提升公立医院人力资源管理水平,推动公立医院持续发展。
Under the current market economy situation,public hospitals face fierce competition,and the role of human resource management is gradually highlighted.In order for public hospitals to improve their medical level and service level and enhance their core competitiveness,they must attach importance to human resource management,take effective measures to constantly improve the level of human resource management,and achieve the strategic goal of the hospital.analyzes the weak management consciousness,imperfect management system,personnel organization structure.on this basis,innovate scientific human resource management concept,construct sound human resource management system,improve scientific employment system,strengthen personnel team construction,constantly improve the level of human resource management in public hospitals and promote the sustainable development of public hospitals.
