摘要
目的制备出复合碳化硅(SiC)纤维的磷酸钙骨水泥。方法使用超声法、煅烧法制备骨水泥固相组分之一磷酸四钙(TTCP),固相液相组分按一定比例混合制备磷酸钙。同时制备出含有不同质量分数的SiC纤维复合型骨水泥。采用X射线粉末衍射法(XRD)和红外光谱法(FTIR)分析TTCP的纯度,对固化后的骨水泥进行模拟体液浸泡实验,测定模拟体液pH值、样品的抗压强度以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析样品的表面形貌。结果XRD和FTIR测试发现通过超声法和煅烧法制备出的TTCP纯度较高,当加入7%SiC纤维时骨水泥的抗压强度可达到48.95MPa,其固化时间在14.2min内,pH的变化范围7.3~8.6,均符合临床使用要求。结论复合7%SiC纤维的磷酸钙骨水泥具有较好的抗压强度,可进一步探究其临床使用价值。
Objective To prepare Calcium phosphate cement combined with composite silicon carbide fiber.Methods TTCP,one of the solid phase components of bone cement,was prepared by ultrasonic method and calcination method.Calcium phosphate was prepared by mixing the solid phase and liquid phase components in a certain proportion.At the same time,SiC fiber composite bone cement with different mass fraction was prepared.The purity of TTCP was analyzed by x-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The simulated body fluid(PH),compressive strength and SEM morphology of the cured bone cement were measured.Results XRD and FTIR characterization showed that the purity of TTCP prepared by ultrasonic method and calcination method was high.When 7%SiC fiber was added,the compressive strength of bone cement could reach 48.95 MPa,the curing time was within 14.2 min,and the pH varied from 7.3 to 8.6,all of which met the clinical requirements.Conclusion Calcium phosphate cement with 7%SiC fiber has good compressive strength,and its clinical application value can be further explored.
