摘要 通过研究低温处理、沼液浸种处理、水杨酸(SA)浸种处理对黄花菜种子萌发的影响规律,以期为我国黄花菜的种子生产和栽培技术研究提供一定理论支持。试验以当年采收的黄花菜种子为试验材料,通过常规浸种处理确定种子萌发最适浸种时间与温度,结合低温处理,沼液浸种处理、SA浸种处理等方法,找出促进种子萌发的最优化方法。结果表明,常规浸种处理中,黄花菜种子萌发最适条件为温汤浸种24 h;不同低温处理中,发现低温处理7d的种子发芽率最高,达到95%,且萌发速度最快,发芽最整齐,低温处理4 d也可促进种子萌发,但萌发速度慢、发芽不整齐,低温处理1 d抑制种子萌发;不同浓度浓缩沼液浸种处理中,各处理均可以促进种子发芽,以稀释500倍效果最佳;不同浓度水杨酸浸种处理在诱导种子发芽各指标上无显著差异。研究表明,以稀释500倍的浓缩沼液温汤浸种24 h,经5℃低温处理7 d后25℃恒温培养,可有效促进黄花菜种子萌发。 The effects of low-temperature treatment,biogas slurry soaking treatment and salicylic acid soaking treatment on seed germination of Hemerocallis citrina Baroni were studied in this paper for providing a theoretical support in the research of the seed production and cultivation technology of Hemerocallis citrina Baroni in China.Using Hemerocallis citrina Baroni seeds as test material,the most suitable soaking time and temperature were ascertained by routine soaking treatment,and the optimum method for promoting seed germination was found out with low-temperature treatment,biogas slurry soaking treatment and salicylic acid soaking treatment.The result showed that the most suitable soaking condition was soaking in hot water for 24 hours.In different low-temperature treatments,the germination rate of seeds stored for 7 days under low temperature was the highest,which reached 95%,and the seed germination was the fastest and most regular.Stored for 4 days under low temperature could promote the seed germination,too.However,it was slowly and less regular.Stored for 1 day could inhibit the seed germination.Among the treatments with different concentrations of concentrated biogas slurry,all of them were beneficial to the seed germination,and the 500-times-diluted soaking for 24 hours had the best effect.All the indexes had no significant difference in different concentrations of Salicylic acid.The results showed that seed soaked for 24 hours with 500-times-diluted biogas slurry and then stored for 7 days under low temperature(5℃)had the best effect on promotion of the seed germination.
