农村家风建设在乡村社会治理中的协同作用研究

Research on the Synergistic Functions of Family Convention Construction in Rural Social Governance

乡村社会治理离不开家庭培育的良好家风参与,对农村家风建设和乡村社会治理转型发展之间协同关系的动态把握是推动乡村基层治理转型的关键要素。以农村家风建设和乡村社会治理为研究对象,从互进和制约两个方面详细分析农村家风建设和乡村社会治理的协同发展关系,在协同视角下从延续优势、发展经济、培育良好家风和落实配套政策这四个角度为农村家风建设和乡村社会治理转型发展提出对策和建议,以助推乡村社会治理迈向新台阶。

Rural social governance cannot work without the involvement of good family conventions nurtured by the families.A flexible command of the synergistic relationship between rural family convention construction and the transformation and development of rural social governance is the key factor to promote the transformation of governance in rural areas.With the above perception,this paper takes rural family convention construction and rural social governance as the research object and conducts detailed analyses of the synergistic relationship between rural family convention construction and rural social governance in the aspects of mutual advancement and restriction.From the perspective of synergism,this paper puts forward proposals and policies for the construction of rural family conventions and the transformation and development of rural social governance from four respects of maintaining advantages,developing economy,cultivating good family conventions and implementing supportive policies,so as to propel rural social governance to a new level.
