二氧化碳培养箱校准方法探讨

Discussion on Calibration Method of Carbon Dioxide Incubator

目的:为二氧化碳培养箱的校准提供参考。方法:随机选择10台不同厂家生产的二氧化碳培养箱作为实验对象,通过对二氧化碳培养箱的计量参数进行分析,提出温度、相对湿度及二氧化碳浓度等参数校准方法。结论:本文提出的校准方法切实可行,各参数指标合理,可为二氧化碳培养箱日常校准工作提供参考。

Objective:It provides a reference for the calibration of CO;incubator.Methods:A total of 10 CO;incubators from different factories were randomly selected as experimental subjects.The measurement parameters of CO;incubator were analyzed. The calibration methods of temperature, relative humidity and carbon dioxide concentration are proposed.Conclusion:The calibration method proposed in this paper is feasible and the parameters are reasonable, which can provide reference for the routine calibration of CO;incubator.
