摘要
为了更准确、高效地对医用输液泵/注射泵进行质量控制,保证其溯源可靠性,并且满足GB9706.27-2005中对医用输液泵/注射泵检测时烦琐的数据采集和复杂的数据计算等要求,本文对医用输液泵\注射泵检测仪的测量原理进行了研究,设计了一种基于无线传输的医用输液泵/注射泵质量检测系统。本系统实现了医用输液泵\注射泵的质量检测以及集中化管理,保证从源头进行控制,完善了标准化作业流程,为相关医疗机构或计量部门开展类似问题研究提供了参考和借鉴。
In order to more accurately and efficiently control the quality of medical infusion pump/injection pump,ensure the reliability of traceability,and meet the requirements of GB 9706.27-2005 on the complicated data collection and complex data calculation during the testing of medical infusion pump/injection pump,this paper studies the measuring principle of testing instrument of medical infusion pump/injection pump.A quality testing system of medical infusion pump/injection pump based on wireless transmission is designed.This system realizes the quality testing and centralized management of medical infusion pump/injection pump,ensures the control from the source,improves the standardized operation process,and provides reference for the related medical institutions or metrology departments to carry out similar research.
