摘要 针对浮标式氧气吸入器检定过程中受人为因素影响及检定效率低等问题,开发了一套氧气吸入器自动检定系统。基于LabVIEW开发浮标式氧气吸入器自动检定软件,通过摄像头拍摄浮标式氧气吸入器实时工作图片,程序控制串口实现压力、流量和图片的采集以及阀门的控制,实现检定操作。通过程序自动生成检定报表,判断被检浮标式氧气吸入器是否合格。经多次实验论证,开发的自动检定系统检定效率高、操作方便、可靠性强。 Aiming at the problems of low verification efficiency and human factors in the verification process of buoy-type oxygen inhaler,an automatic verification system of oxygen inhaler was developed.The automatic verification software of buoy-type oxygen inhaler is developed based on LabVIEW.The real-time working pictures of buoy-type oxygen inhaler are taken by the camera,and the pressure,flow and pictures are collected and the valve is controlled by the serial port through the program to realize verification operation.The program automatically generates verification report to judge whether the detected buoy oxygen inhaler is qualified.Through many experiments,the developed automatic verification system has high verification efficiency,convenient operation and strong reliability.
