摘要
医用离心机是利用离心力以及物质的浮力密度差异进行分离、浓缩和提纯生物样品中各成分的实验机械。目前,医用离心机没有全国统一的校准方法,仅浙江、山西、河北等地制定了地方校准规范,本文基于医用行业标准,及实验室离心机通用技术条件等标准规范,就校准过程中产生的一些问题进行探讨,旨在找出更加科学、精准的医用离心机校准方法,进而推动医用离心机计量领域的规范和发展。
The medical centrifuge is an experimental machine that uses centrifugal force and the difference in buoyant density of substances to separate, concentrate and purify the components in biological samples.At present, there is no national unified calibration method for medical centrifuges.Only ZHEJIANG,SHANXI, HEBEI and other places have formulated local calibration specifications.This article is based on medical industry standards and general technical conditions for laboratory centrifuges.Some issues are discussed, aiming to find a more scientific and accurate calibration method for medical centrifuges, and then promote the standard and development of the field of medical centrifuge measurement.
