摘要
根据城市地铁圆形隧道特殊环境施工的需求,研制开发了一种隧道施工多功能辅助作业车。本作业车可以在整个盾构施工期间投入使用,结构方面实现作业平台伸缩、材料起重吊装、液压微型控制等功能,主要完成的工作内容有管片质量缺陷修复、管片背后补浆、管片接缝施工、螺栓手孔施工、轨道轨枕吊装和管片清洗等。整体结构设计的机械化和自动化水平较高,安全便捷适用性较强,同时该作业车在尺寸设计方面充分考虑同步交叉作业施工,可以实现安全、质量、进度、成本4大要素全方位的控制,属国内外首创辅助作业车。
According to the special environmental requirements of the round tunnel in the city subway,a multi-functional auxiliary operation vehicle is developed. The operation vehicle can be used during the whole shield construction period. In terms of structure,it can realize the functions such as retractable operation platform,material lifting,hydraulic micro control,etc. The main work includes the repair of segment quality defects,segment grouting,segment joint operation,segment bolt hand hole operation,track sleeper lifting,segment cleaning,etc. The overall structural design has a high level of mechanization,automation along with strong safety,convenience and applicability. Additionally,the dimension of the operation vehicle fully considers the synchronous cross operation needs,which can realize the four crucial control of safety,quality,construction schedule and cost. It is still the first auxiliary operation vehicle domestic and overseas.
