高速动车组动力学性能与一系垂向减振器故障关系研究

摘要 分析了我国某高速动车组一系垂向减振器内部结构原理及其潜在失效因素,并研究了失效故障对动车组动力学性能的影响。研究表明:一系垂向减振器发生故障存在多种因素,例如动密封磨损失效、静密封失效、气囊破裂油液乳化严重、球铰总成失效等;当动车组一系垂向减振器全部发生故障后,车辆稳定性没有发生明显变化,横向平稳性有轻微变差,垂向平稳性和舒适性有显著恶化,轮轴横向力、轮轨垂向力、脱轨系数及轮重减载率等安全性指标有轻微变差。 It is analyzed that inner structure principle and potential failure factors of primary vertical damper and the failure effect on vehicle dynamic performance. It could be concluded that it has many factors in the failure of primary vertical damper,such as dynamic seal wear failure,static seal failure,serious oil emulsion because of gas bag rupture,failure of rubber,etc. When all primary vertical dampers don’t work,vehicle stability has no obvious change,lateral stationarity deteriorates slightly,vertical stationarity and comfort deteriorate significantly. The safety indexes such as wheel lateral force,vertical force of wheel and rail,derailment coefficient and rate of wheel load reduction deteriorate slightly.
