脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐溶液的界面张力性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用旋转滴界面张力仪,研究了氧乙烯基(EO)数目不同的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚羧酸盐类阴离子-非离子复合型表面活性剂溶液与正构烷烃和孤东原油之间的动态界面张力,考察了表面活性剂质量分数、EO数目、水相矿化度以及二价离子浓度对体系动态界面张力的影响。实验结果表明,在亲水-亲油平衡能力相当的情况下,亲水基团和亲油基团尺寸越接近,降低界面张力能力越强;矿化度的增加,会压缩电子层,使分子排列紧密,降低界面张力;二价离子能同时促进界面膜紧密排列和影响亲水亲油平衡,适宜条件下,Mg^(2+)的加入能产生超低界面张力。 The dynamic interfacial tensions between anionic-nonionic surfactant fatty alcohol polyoxylene ether carboxylate solutions with different numbers of Oxyethene(EO)and n-alkane or Gudong crude oil were studied by using rotating drop interface tension meter.The effects of surfactant mass fraction,EO number,salinity and divalent ions on the dynamic interfacial tensions were investigated.The experimental results show that when the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance capacity is the same,the more similar the size of hydrophilic group and lipophilic group,the stronger the ability to reduce the interfacial tension.With the increase of salinity,the electronic layer will be compressed and the molecules will be arranged tightly at the interface and interfacial tension decreases as a result.Divalent ions will promote the tight arrangement of interfacial film and affect the hydrophilic-lipophilic balance at the same time.At optimum condition,the addition of Mg^(2+)will produce ultralow interfacial tension.
