古城区河湖水系雨季初期雨水控制方案

摘要 城市水系水生态环境管理是生态文明建设的重要内容,开封市古城区水生态修复是助推绿色发展,建设海绵城市的必要条件。为改善古城区水系水质现状,开封市每年引黄河水换水,这种方式不仅耗费了大量水资源和财力,而且根本上未能解决水质问题。从古城水系存在的问题,提出外源减排初期雨水控制的设计思路,分析初期雨水控制总体方案,阐述优化截污工程、彻底改造截污管网实施初期雨水截流工程建设。通过对古城区水系水生态系统的构建,提升水体的自净能力,改善水环境,减少引黄水量,节约的黄河水资源不仅可以用于黄河生态水量的补给,也可用于其他方面的发展。 Water ecological environment management of urban water system is an important part of ecological civilization construction,and water ecological restoration in the ancient city area of Kaifeng City is a necessary condition to boost green development and build a sponge city.In order to improve the water quality of the water system in the ancient city,Kaifeng uses the Yellow River for water exchange every year,which not only consumes a lot of water and financial resources,but also fails to solve the water quality problem.From the problems existing in the ancient city water system,the design idea of the initial rainwater control of exogenous emission reduction is proposed,the overall initial rainwater control plan is analyzed,expounds the optimized pollution interception project,and completely transforms the initial rainwater interception project construction of the sewage interception pipe network.Through the construction of the water ecological system in the ancient city,the self-purification ability of the water body and the water environment can be improved,and the water diversion can be reduced.The Yellow River water resources can be used not only for the ecological water supply of the Yellow River,but also for the development of other aspects.
