Water Resources Balance Analysis in Black Port Yellow River Diversion Irrigation Area

黑岗口引黄灌区为黄河冲积平原,地势较为平坦,耕地连片,地区肥沃,耕作性能好,土壤水、气、热状况良好,光照充足,非常适合粮食作物的生长,是国家粮食主产区和优质小麦生产基地。但由于水利工程建设滞后,渠系建筑物及配套设施极不完善,灌排不畅,粮食产量低而不稳,严重制约了农业经济的发展,给保证国家粮食生产安全增加了不利因素。通过对灌区内土地资源和水利资源进行平衡分析,为合理调配水资源、改善灌区农业生产条件、大力实施中型灌区续建配套与节水改造提供了重要基础。

Black Port Yellow River diversion irrigation area is the alluvial plain of the Yellow River,with flat terrain,continuous arable land,fertile area,good farming performance,good soil water,gas and heat conditions,and sufficient light,which is very suitable for the growth of food crops.It is the main national grain production area and high-quality wheat production base of the country.However,due to the lag of water conservancy project construction,imperfect canal system buildings and supporting facilities,poor irrigation and drainage,and low and unstable grain production,the development of agricultural economy is seriously restricted,and the adverse factors to ensure the national grain production safety are added.Through the balance analysis of land resources and water resources in the irrigation area,it provides an important basis for the rational allocation of water resources,the improvement of agricultural production conditions in the irrigation area,and the vigorous implementation of the medium-sized irrigation area construction and water-saving transformation.
