摘要
以河南省南水北调配套工程为背景,探讨了末端水厂调流调压阀现阶段运行中存在的问题,并从阀体结构上、运行原理以及调度管理等多方面进行综合分析,并提出了优化阀体设计,加强调度管理、前池打捞等一系列合理化建议,能够减少长距离输水管道末端调流调压阀运行中存在的风险,对保障输水线路的平稳运行、供水安全有积极意义。
Taking the supporting project of South-to-North Water Transfer in Henan Province as the background,this paper discusses the problems existing in the current operation of the flow and pressure regulating valve of the terminal water plant.It makes a comprehensive analysis from the aspects of valve body structure,operation principle and dispatching management,and puts forward a series of reasonable suggestions such as optimizing valve body design,strengthening dispatching management and forebay fishing,which can reduce the risks existing in the operation of flow and pressure regulating valve at the end of long-distance water transmission pipeline,and is of positive significance to ensure the smooth operation of water transmission line and water supply safety.
