摘要
朱集站为大型泵站,主泵房与副厂房建基面间存在较大高程差,副厂房基础的回填土易引起建筑物的不均匀沉降。副厂房的地基持力层为轻粉质壤土,下卧层为粉细砂层,副厂房的地基处理措施采用CFG桩,CFG桩与桩间土、褥垫层一起形成复合刚性地基。通过分析计算,确定了桩长、桩径及桩间距等参数,并介绍了CFG桩施工工艺。CFG桩施工完毕后,副厂房沉降均匀稳定,工程运行情况良好。CFG桩在工程的应用为类似粉细砂地基的处理提供了较好的借鉴。
Zhuji Station is a large-scale pumping station.There is a large elevation difference between the main pumping room and the foundation of the auxiliary plant.The backfill soil of the foundation of auxiliary plant is easy to cause uneven settlement of buildings.The foundation supporting layer of the auxiliary plant is light silty loam,and the underlying layer is silty sand layer.CFG pile is used in the foundation treatment of the auxiliary plant.Composite rigid foundation is formed by CFG pile and soil between piles and mattress layer.Through analysis and calculation,the parameters of pile length,pile diameter and pile spacing are determined,and the construction technology of CFG pile is introduced.After CFG pile construction is completed,the settlement of the auxiliary plant is even and stable,and the project runs well.The application of CFG pile in this project provides a good reference for similar silty sand foundation.
