基层水管单位安全生产标准化创建的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking on the Establishment of Safety Production Standardization in Basic Water Pipe Units

安全生产标准化是新时代安全管理发展的方向,体现了"以人为本"的理念,基层水管单位的安全生产标准化创建可以使其进一步强化干部职工的安全意识。通过建立科学、规范、系统的安全生产管理体系,从而有效提升安全生产管理水平,确保工程的安全运行。文章以无锡市城市防洪工程管理处安全生产标准化单位创建为例,通过结合该单位的实际情况,分析了其创建的背景,创建过程中的难点、重点和主要做法,以及创建后的成效,并从搭建高效合作框架、安全生产投入和建立持续改进机制三个方面,探寻了对基层水管安全生产标准化创建工作的具体做法和思考,以期为类似工作提供参考。

Standardization of safety production is the development direction of safety management in the new era,which reflects the concept of people-oriented.The establishment of safety production standardization in basic-level water management units creates the safety consciousness that can further strengthen the safety awareness of cadres and workers.Through the establishment of scientific,standardized and systematic safety production management system,the level of safety production management can be effectively improved,which ensure the safe operation of the project.Taking Wuxi City flood control project management office of safe production standardization unit created as an example,the background,difficulties,key points and main methods of the establishment,as well as the effectiveness after the establishment of the safety production standardization unit are analyzes by combining the actual situation of the unit.In order to provide reference for similar work,the ways and thoughts of establishing the standardization of water pipe safety production in the basic-level from three aspects of setting up efficient cooperation framework,safety production input and continuous improvement mechanism are also probed in this paper.
