引水充库对常庄水库效益影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Water Diversion and Reservoir Filling on the Benefit of Changzhuang Reservoir

2014年12月南水北调中线工程通水后,常庄水库每年从南水北调引水充库,以弥补上游来水量不足而引发水资源匮乏以及水生态环境恶化等因素带来的不利影响。常庄水库目前工程概况的介绍,对常庄水库引水充库后在水生态、水景观、水土保持和应急供水等方面的效益进行全面分析,并对其产生的库岸坍塌、溺亡、水质安全等问题进行深入探讨,提出相应措施。以期更好地利用南水北调引水充库为郑州市经济社会发展提供充足优质的水资源保障,最终使常庄水库的综合效益发挥出最大效能。

Since the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project was put into operation in December 2014,Changzhuang Reservoir has been filled with water from the South-to-North Water Diversion Project every year to make up for the adverse effects of water shortage and deterioration of water ecological environment caused by insufficient upstream water inflow.The present project situation of Changzhuang Reservoir is introduced in this paper.The benefits of water ecology,water landscape,water and soil conservation and emergency water supply after the diversion and filling of Changzhuang reservoir are comprehensively analyzed.The problems of bank collapse,drowning and water quality safety are discussed and corresponding measures are put forward.In order to make better use of the diversion of water from south to north to fill the reservoir to provide adequate and high-quality water resources for the economic and social development of Zhengzhou,and finally make the comprehensive benefits of Changzhuang Reservoir to play the maximum efficiency.
