摘要
The CAS Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics(DICP)has made success in manufacturing low-carbon olefins by contacting the syngas doped feed gas with a syngas-to-DME catalyst bed which was also coupled with a DME-to-olefin catalyst bed.The said double-layer catalysts can achieve the production of low-carbon olefins from syngas coupled with high olefin selectivity and good catalyst stability. The metal oxides and zeolite are packed in layers in a bid to release the reaction heat in stages, which can greatly reduce the risk of flying temperature caused by concentrated heat release. In addition, the double-layer catalysts can result in lower CO_(2) selectivity in favor of reduced CO_(2) emissions.
