摘要
结构动力学高精度建模一直是仿真分析的关键和难点。针对直升机结构中常用的钣金型材,从截面几何特征出发,推导了一种适用于带倒角的复杂形状钣金型材截面的参数化方法。基于MSC.Patran软件平台,开发了复杂梁单元截面快速定义模块,实现了直升机真实钣金结构高效动力学建模。最后,通过三种典型截面钣金件的计算对比,证明该方法可以有效提高截面参数定义的精度。
High-precision modeling of structural dynamics has always been the key and difficult point of simulation analysis.Aiming at the sheet metal profiles commonly used in helicopter structures,a parameterization method suitable for the section of complex shape sheet metal profiles with chamfers was derived from the geometric characteristics of the section.Based on the software MSC.Patran,a module for rapid definition of complex beam element section was developed,which could be used for efficient dynamic modeling of helicopter real sheet metal structure.Finally,through the comparison of three typical sections,it showed that the method could effectively improve the calculation accuracy of section parameters.
