Industrial Upgrading and the Evolution of Urban-Rural Relationship:a Political and Economic Interpretation of Rural Revitalization

实现城乡融合是实施乡村振兴战略的重要目标之一,而乡村振兴的关键在于产业振兴。由于劳动力和生产资料不仅在各产业间进行组合和搭配,也在城市和乡村中结合起来开展生产活动,因此,推动农村产业升级是塑造新型城乡经济关系、促进城乡融合的根本途径。从“劳动力”和“生产资料”两个角度出发,总结了农村产业升级推动城乡经济关系演进的过程,刻画了从“城乡对立”到“城乡协调”再到“城乡融合”的乡村振兴路径。

The realization of urban-rural integration is one of the important goals of rural revitalization strategy,and the key to rural revitalization lies in industrial revitalization.As the labor force and the means of production are not only combined and collocated among various industries,but also in urban and rural areas to carry out production activities,promoting the upgrading of rural industries is the fundamental way to shape a new type of urban-rural economic relationship and promote the integration of urban and rural areas.From the perspectives of"labor force"and"means of production",this paper summarizes the process of rural industrial upgrading promoting the evolution of urban-rural economic relations,and depicts the path of rural revitalization from"urban-rural opposition"to"urban-rural coordination"and then to"urban-rural integration".
